The place is not clean and bathrooms have no soap- even though employees wear gloves not ok.The food was not presented as pictured- veggies were not there! The way was on bone and difficult to eat. Appreciated the attention to food allergies- is rare.Three employees overworked and tired but very polite.Full house and Bring Your Own Drinks .Exit door is featuring a hazardous two stairs where one can break an ankle.

It’s been well over a decade since my first visit. I distinctly remember moving back from Vancouver B.C. hankering for some real ramen. One day I stopped by STRINGS it’s been a seasonal visit since. If you know ramen you love Strings, and if you don’t they have other utensils besides chop sticks. Give them a try. Excellent service all the time. Great meals, always leave smiling. Thanks for having me guys. It’s been over a decade since my first visit to Strings. I distinctly remember returning from Vancouver, B.C., craving some authentic ramen. One day, I decided to stop by Strings, and it’s been a seasonal visit ever since. If you’re a ramen enthusiast, Strings is a must-visit. If you’re not, don’t worry; they offer a variety of utensils besides chopsticks. Give them a try! Their service is always excellent, and their meals are always delicious. Great ramen with nice, flavorful broth and perfectly cooked noodles—definitely worth trying. However, the staff seemed unfriendly, which affected the overall experience. I hope the service improves because the food is excellent.

Absolutely loved this spot. The vegetarian ramen options were flavorful, comforting, and perfect for a cold day. The Hell Ramen had a great level of spice without overpowering the flavor, and the dumplings were so good. Everything tasted fresh and well made. Even the Japanese sodas were a fun touch. Such a cozy place for cold weather and definitely worth checking out. I would 100 percent come back.

I’ve been wanting to visit this place for quite a while, so I was really excited when I finally got the opportunity to come in—and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The ramen was incredibly delicious, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. I’ve seen so many videos online about the Hell Ramen challenge, especially the level 4, and I was curious but didn’t want to overdo it on my first visit. I decided to start at level 2, and while it was definitely spicy, it was still enjoyable and well-balanced. Now that I know what to expect, I’m pretty confident I’ll be bumping it up another level next time. Beyond the food, the experience really stood out because of the staff. Every single person was exceptionally kind, patient, and happy to answer all of my questions, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The welcoming atmosphere and great service really added to the overall experience. I’m already looking forward to coming back and seeing if I can handle the next level!
